This Privacy Policy explains what data Raichu.ai processes, why we process it, how it is used, how long we retain it, and how users may request deletion of their personal data.

Summary: Raichu.ai processes message and profile data on behalf of businesses to provide chatbot services and CRM functionality. We do not sell or share user data with unaffiliated third parties.

When you chat with a business using a Raichu.ai-powered chatbot on Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, or a website widget, we process certain personal information required to deliver automated responses and maintain conversation history.

This data may include:

  • Message content (text, images, videos, files, audio, stickers, emojis)
  • Profile information provided by Meta’s APIs (name, profile ID, username)
  • WhatsApp phone number if provided through the WhatsApp API
  • Technical data (timestamps, message IDs, delivery/read status)
  • TikTok profile data (TikTok username, unique open ID, profile image)
  • TikTok interactions (comments on videos, direct messages, and public mentions)

This information is stored securely and made available to the business for CRM purposes, reviewing past chats, responding manually, or improving customer support.

Purpose of Data Processing

Raichu.ai processes personal data strictly for the following purposes:

  • To deliver automated chatbot responses requested by the user
  • To maintain conversation history for CRM and customer support
  • To allow businesses to respond manually to incoming messages
  • To execute automation flows, follow-ups, and service workflows
  • To ensure platform safety and detect spam or abuse
  • To diagnose technical issues and improve chatbot performance

Raichu.ai does not use message data for advertising, profiling, audience targeting, or purposes outside the functions described above.

Information We Do Not Process

Raichu.ai does not collect or store:

  • Passwords
  • Financial information
  • Sensitive personal information (health, biometric, political views, etc.)
  • User device identifiers or IP addresses for tracking purposes

We also do not sell or share any personal data outside the business using our platform.

Anonymous or Technical Data

We may process anonymized technical logs (system performance, error logs, uptime metrics), which contain no identifiable user information. These are used only to maintain platform stability.

Cookies and Tracking

Raichu.ai does not use cookies or tracking pixels within chatbot interactions.

If you interact through a website chat widget, cookie usage is controlled by that website, not Raichu.ai.

Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

Our platform connects with official Meta APIs for Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp. These services transmit profile and message data to Raichu.ai so we can deliver chatbot responses on behalf of the business.

Data Security and Retention

Raichu.ai uses secure, encrypted servers and access-controlled systems to protect all stored data. Only authorized personnel and the connected business may access chat history.

Chat history and profile data are retained for CRM and customer service use, unless the user requests deletion.

Temporary system logs are erased after short-term operational use.

User Rights and Data Deletion

Users have the right to request deletion of their personal information stored by Raichu.ai.

To request data deletion:

  • Email info@raichu.ai with the subject: Data Deletion Request
  • Include your name and the platform (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or TikTok)

Raichu.ai will delete the user’s stored messages and profile data within 7 business days.

For TikTok users, you may also revoke Raichu.ai’s access directly through your TikTok app settings under Settings and Privacy > Security > Manage app access.

If your data is held by a business using our platform, we will guide you in contacting them directly as required under GDPR/CCPA.
